Security

Sisi Copenhagen uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer protocol). This means that your information is stored securely in the payment module. This means that your information cannot be listened to. Our payment provider meets the requirements for PCI DSS.

We do not enter into purchase agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without the parent's agreement.

Payment

All prices on Sisi Copenhagen are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Sisi Copenhagen is responsible for any fees in the execution of transactions unless otherwise stated.

When you have completed your purchase, you will always receive an order confirmation on the email you specified in the order. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item has been sent from us.

At www.sisicph.com you can pay with the most common payment cards. Payment cards that we accept include Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also pay with Klarna, Apple Pay or PayPal

Delivery

Sisi Copenhagen ships on all weekdays. Our delivery partners are GLS and PostNord.

Our free, standard delivery is sent with Postnord as a tracked parcel with home delivery. We also offer delivery with GLS via service point for a slightly faster delivery.

We therefore offer free shipping on all orders when you choose delivery with PostNord. Depending on your country, we might have additional delivery options to choose from in the check-out.

Return and exchange

Sisi Copenhagen offers a 30-day right of return when you shop with us.

In order to return an order you must contact shop@sisicph.com, with a message containing both your order number and the reason for the return. If you wish, we can provide you with a return-label - alternatively you can arrange return shipping yourself. It costs 9 EUR to send back an order with a return label provided by Sisi Copenhagen, which will be deducted from your refund payment.

Right of withdrawal

Sisi Copenhagen applies a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your product/products.

If you therefore regret a purchase , you must write to us within 14 days from the collection date. You contact us at the e-mail address shop@sisicph.com. In your email, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You thus have the right to cancel a purchase within the first 14 days after receipt of delivery, provided that the product is sent back in the same condition as when you received it. We may claim compensation for impairment if you have used or handled the product in a way that is not necessary to determine its type of qualities. The size of the depreciation is determined depending on the situation. You are thus responsible for any depreciation of the product in the event of incorrect handling of the personnel that is additionally handling the product.

You have the right to get the money back when you exercise the right of withdrawal, within 14 days from the day we received your notification. However, you may have to wait until the product has been returned to us or you can provide proof that the product has been sent back to us. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your purchase by simply refusing to collect your order without at the same time clearly notifying us of this. As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving our notice of the right of withdrawal or if an open purchase is applicable to the product.

30 days right of return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our web shop. These 30 days apply from the day the package has arrived at the post office/your home and you must notify us that you want to return within this 30 day period. The package must be returned within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to return your order.

If you do not wish to use our return solution, you can send the item back with your preferred shipping supplier to our address. It is important that you send it to our company address, so  the return must be sent to:

Condition of the item upon return

You are responsible for any depreciation of the product caused by handling it in another way than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and how it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that in the event of regret of purchase, you can only get a refund of part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the situation.

To receive the entire purchase amount back, you should only act the same as you would act in a physical store. You may try the product without using it.

Right to complaint

When purchasing goods at sisicph.com, the Consumer Purchase Act applies and at Sisi Copenhagen, you as a consumer have a right to make a complaint for 3 years. If your complaint is justified, you can either have the product repaired or replaced. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the discovery of the defect. Complaints made 2 months after the discovery of errors are always considered to be within a reasonable time.

If you want to complain, write to us at shop@sisicph.com and you will also describe the basis for the complaint and state your order number.

The complaint does not apply to faults and damages that have occurred due to incorrect use of the product. Sisi Copenhagen covers return costs within a reasonable extent.

Should we not reach a solution, you have the opportunity to proceed with the matter your national consumer protection authority or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver your ordered goods to you. Your personal information is registered with Sisi Copenhagen ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When the information is collected via our website, we assure that it always happens when stating your expressed consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
