RETURN OF ORDERS PURCHASED WITH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Below you can read about our terms and conditions when returning orders purchased with our various promotional offers.

3 for 2:

When buying jewelry during a "3 for 2" campaign, it will on the return be required that 3 pieces of jewelry have been purchased for the offer to still be valid. For example, if you buy 3 pairs of earrings in an order, where you get the cheapest pair for EUR 0 and then return one pair of the earrings, you will be refunded the possible difference when returning the earrings - so that you agree that you have bought the two earrings that you have kept and have no longer bought for the promotional offer.

If you buy 4 pairs of earrings in one order and return a single pair, you will still get one (and the cheapest) pair in the order for EUR 0, as the criteria for the offer (purchase of 3 pieces of jewelry) is still met.

Get a piece of jewelry with the purchase:

We have continuous promotional offers where you can buy a selected piece of jewelry with the purchase for a specified amount for EUR 0 (hereinafter referred to as promotional jewelry). If you wish to return an order that you have purchased with this promotional offer, to be able to keep the promotional jewelry for EUR 0, it will be required that your order remains at the specified amount after the return. If this is not the case, you must return the promotional jewelry in the return package. If an order after a return is not on the specified amount to meet the criteria for the promotional offer, and you choose to keep the promotional jewelry, we will, when refunding the return, adjust so that you pay the full price for the promotional jewelry.

For example, if you place an order of EUR 100 for a promotional offer that requires you to buy for EUR 75, for you to receive a promotional piece of jewelry for EUR 0, and then return a piece of jewelry for EUR 25 from the order, you will still fulfill the criteria of the offer. You will thus still receive the promotional jewelry at EUR 0 because the value of the order is still EUR 75. If, on the other hand, you return a piece of jewelry for EUR 50, the order will total EUR 50 and will thus no longer meet the offer criteria. You will therefore be charged for the original value of the promotional jewelry upon return if you do not send it with the return.

Discount on the order when buying for a specified amount:

We have continuous promotional offers where you get a discount on the total order when you buy a specified amount. This can be a discount that constitutes a specified amount or a percentage discount. When returning orders purchased in connection with these types of offers, the order must still be at the specified amount after the return so that the discount will still apply to the remaining part of the order. If you return jewelry so that your order no longer meets the offer criteria, you will be refunded an amount corresponding to that you have paid the full price for the jewelry you have kept.

For example, if you place an order for EUR 100 when we have a promotional offer that offers you a 20% discount when you buy for EUR 75 and then return a piece of jewelry from the order to a value of EUR 25, you still meet the offer criteria. The order value after the return is EUR 75, which corresponds to the stated amount. If, on the other hand, you return a piece of jewelry for EUR 30, you are no longer entitled to the discount because your order value is now EUR 70 and thus no longer meets the offer criteria. You will therefore in this example get a refund of EUR 10 since it corresponds to you paying full price for the jewelry that you have chosen to keep.
