30 days return and free exchange

Extended exchange and return policy until January 24, 2025, on all orders from November 1, 2024.

Normally, you have a 30-day full return policy. You can get an extended return period if the purchase is a gift. See more below.

Within the return period, free exchange for another piece of jewelry or a gift card is offered. If a refund to the payment card is desired, a return shipping fee of 10 EUR will be deducted if our label is used for the return. Read more here.
