In few words, absolutely amazing experience. I wanted a custom made engagement ring and needed assistance with finding out and deciding on how should the ring look like. I had an initial idea and needed it to be refined. Everyone I have talked with has been very helpful, starting with shop visit and getting initial idea refined, through receiving the first design that gave a very clear picture on how the final product will look like. With continuous assistance from Emma on my multiple questions and assistance in choosing the right size, that has led to amazing results. (The ring and proposal itself :)) ) Also the prices has been very friendly and competitive from the small research I have done. Definitely recommend.

Great selection of high quality jewelry - every piece is so beautifully crafted and I love wearing them every day. The customer service is also exceptional, fast shipping to Germany and really nice packaging as well. It's obvious that they are doing their job with love and compassion.
