Satisfaction Guarantee for Our Classic Wedding Bands

We want your wedding band to feel just right – in terms of size, design, and overall look. That's why, as part of our satisfaction guarantee, we offer one exchange or one free ringfitting by our goldsmith on our classic wedding bands.

The exchange can include several changes, as long as they are made at the same time. This could, for example, include changes to:

• Profile
• Width
• Thickness
• Surface finish

If the new ring has a different price than the originally ordered ring, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

As long as the ring has not yet gone into production, changes can be made to the order without being considered an exchange. Once production has begun, any subsequent changes will count as the one exchange or adjustment included in our satisfaction guarantee.

For an exchange for a new ring, we will only begin production once we have received the original ring back. You can then expect a delivery time of 4–5 weeks.

Additional Exchanges

Your first exchange is included in our satisfaction guarantee.

If you would like to make another exchange afterwards, 5% of the ring's original price will be deducted, and any price difference for the new design will be added or deducted accordingly.

Return of Your Wedding Band

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your wedding band.

As the ring is made especially for you, 5% of the purchase price will be deducted upon return to cover the cost of remelting the gold. You will therefore receive a refund of 95% of the original purchase price.

Ring Size Adjustment

If your wedding band doesn't fit, you generally have two options:

• The ring can be resized by our goldsmith.
• The ring can be exchanged for a new size.

In most cases, we recommend having the ring resized by our goldsmith, as this provides a beautiful result and is the fastest solution. This typically takes 10–15 business days.

Larger Size Adjustments

For size adjustments of more than four sizes, we reserve the right to adjust the price. If the adjustment requires additional gold, an additional fee will apply. If a significant amount of gold is removed, the corresponding value will be credited.

Additional Size Adjustments

If your ring later requires another size adjustment beyond your first adjustment or exchange, a fee of 55 € per adjustment will apply.

When a New Ring Is the Best Solution

If the ring is significantly too large or too small, it may be necessary to make a new ring in the correct size.

When exchanging the ring for a new size, the ring will be made again, and you should therefore expect a new delivery time of 4–5 weeks.

Engraving

We offer one complimentary engraving on all of our classic wedding bands – both when you place your order and at a later date.

We recommend ordering the engraving together with the ring. This is the easiest and fastest solution, and any later adjustments can generally be made without affecting the existing engraving.

If you would prefer to have the ring engraved after receiving it, we are of course happy to help with this as well. In many cases, it can be done at the same time as an exchange or size adjustment.
