You must return your goods within 30 days.

If your order is to be used as a gift, you can write a comment in the order when the gift is to be given. The 30 days for return apply from that day.

To request a return please follow the instructions below

  1. Logon to your customer account with email address used for the order here:

  1. Open the order you wish to return (partially or fully) from the list. Click ‘request refund’ and follow the instructions
  2. Within two business days you will receive an email from us when we have approve your return. If the return is approved you will receive a return label with instructions in this mail.
  3. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, or struggle to find your order, please send our customer support team an email on shop@sisicph.com

We try to handle returns as quick as possible, but the processing time for a return of an order can take up to 7 weekdays. When we have received your return, you will receive an email with a confirmation that your return has been handled. If you wish to return and get your money back, it can take up to 4 banking days from the time we have confirmed your return until you can see the money in your bank account.

Return/Exchange: 

You can get your money back, change your order to another piece of jewelry or change it to a gift card. To use our return label, you must enter your order number and contact us on shop@sisicph.com.

Return: If you wish to get your money back, just send the jewelry back to us with the return form attached and completed, and we will refund your order when we receive your return package.

We can only refund the money to the same card used in the purchase of the order.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange for another piece of jewelry or a gift card, we ask you to send the piece/pieces of jewelry back and attach the return form to the package, where you also fill in what you wish to exchange for. When we receive your return, we will exchange and send you a new piece of jewelry or gift card. If there is a price difference, we will contact you.

Return/exchange of jewelry received as a gift: 

Download the return label and return form by contacting us on shop@sisicph.com and send the jewelry to us. When doing that, you must enter your order number. If you do not know your order number, you can write "gift + full name of the person who bought the jewelry" as a reference - so we can find the order in our system.

Return: If you have received a piece of jewelry as a gift that you want to return, we need the order number (or full name of the person who bought the piece of jewelry) so that we can find the order and the debit card to which the money is to be refunded. We can only refund the money to the same card that paid for the order. Return the gift to us together with the return label, and we will refund the money to the payment card used when purchasing the order.

Exchange: If you have received a piece of jewelry as a gift and are about to exchange it, we ask you to send the piece of jewelry back to us and attach the return label to the package, where you also write what you wish to exchange for. When we receive your return, we will exchange and then send you a new piece of jewelry or a gift card. If there is a price difference, we will contact you.
