RETURN & EXCHANGE
You have 30 days of full return rights from the day you receive your package from us.
If your order is a gift, you can leave a comment at checkout and specify the date of the gift handover. The 30-day return period will then start from that date.
Our Return Policy
We distinguish between refunds and exchanges for a different size, item, or gift card. Exchanges are free of charge, but for refunds a fee of 9 EUR will be deducted from the refund amount when using our return label. You may also choose to send the return at your own expense, in which case the refund is free of charge.
Gift bags cannot be returned.
Refunds can only be made to the same card used at the time of purchase. We try to make the return process as efficient as possible, but processing a return can take up to 7 business days. Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming that your return is being processed. When returning an item for a refund, it may take up to 4 banking days from our confirmation before the funds appear in your account.

How to return/exchange a piece of jewellery
If you wish to exchange or return a piece of jewellery, send an email to shop@sisicph.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Whether you wish to exchange or return, and the reason
- Which piece(s) of jewellery you wish to return/exchange
- For exchanges, please specify which piece(s) of jewellery you would like in return
We will respond to your request as soon as possible with further instructions. We respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Our customer service is closed on weekends.
