On February 28, 2025, Giannis proposed to Daniela in Bali, Indonesia.

Late in the evening, they were sitting alone at the hotel overlooking the ocean. With the sound of the waves in the background and the warm evening air around them, it became a simple and intimate proposal - just the two of them.

“It was a quiet, romantic, and very intimate moment that I will never forget.”

When it came time to plan the wedding, it was important to Daniela and Giannis to bring both of their cultures together. They therefore chose Thessaloniki, Greece, where Giannis grew up.

Family and friends traveled from several different countries to celebrate with them over three days. The weekend began with a beach party by the sea and continued with a bridal shower, groomsmen dinner, and cocktails by the water. On Sunday, June 14, 2026, the celebrations culminated in a Greek Orthodox ceremony, where they were married in front of around 100 guests.

“It was exactly the wedding weekend we had dreamed of - filled with love, traditions, and the people who mean the most to us.”

On the wedding day, Daniela also wore a pair of our classic solitaire diamond stud earrings, which she had received as a gift from her mother.

A personal gift that took on an even deeper meaning that day.
