All Diamond Collection jewelry comes in our green jewelry boxes, presented in a matching gift box with ribbon, ready to give to someone special.
Can I return or exchange jewelry purchased during Diamond Week?
Yes. You can return or exchange your jewelry as usual, whether you purchased it at a discount or at full price. Jewelry purchased during Diamond Week comes with an extended return period until January 24, 2027.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. The same applies to engraved rings.
