Can the exchange period be extended?
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day the gift is given. Simply add a note in the cart indicating the date the gift will be given, and the 30-day period will start from that date.
To make Christmas shopping a little easier, all orders placed from November 1, 2025, will have an extended exchange and return period until January 24, 2026.
Can the gift be exchanged?
You have 30 days of full return rights. The return period can be extended if the purchase is a gift.
Within the return period, free exchanges are offered for another piece of jewelry or a gift card. If you prefer a refund to your payment card, a return shipping fee of DKK 30 will be deducted if our label is used for the return. Read more here.
