We pack and send orders every weekday. We ship with PostNord and GLS who deliver on all weekdays.

We offer free delivery on all orders above 35€. For orders below 35€ the standard shipping costs 10€.

Our free standard delivery is sent with PostNord and delivered to your home address. You can also choose delivery to a post office. The delivery time depends on your country and is estimated to be delivered in between 2-15 working days to your home or a post office.

To make your holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our exchange and return policy until January 24, 2026 for all orders placed from November 1, 2025.

Normally, you have a 30-day return policy. If your purchase is a gift, you can request an extended return period - see more details below.

Within the return period, you’re welcome to exchange your jewelry for another piece or a gift card free of charge.
If you prefer a refund to your payment card, a return shipping fee of €10 will be deducted when using our return label - read more here.

If you would like an extra touch of elegance, you can add our soft velour gift pouch at checkout.

We offer an extended 30-day return policy from the date the gift is intended to be given. Simply leave a note in your cart specifying the gift date, and we’ll make sure the return period starts from that day.
