Also, please provide information about your budget and preferences for materials and details. We can create the piece in all precious metals, such as gold, white gold, or platinum. We can also source diamonds in all shapes (cuts) and sizes. Additionally, you can choose other gemstones, such as sapphires and rubies.

We will exchange ideas and refine the 'concept' before we start designing the piece. You will also receive a price estimate so you have an idea of the approximate final cost. In certain cases, we charge a design fee of €200. This fee ensures that both parties are fully committed to creating your unique, bespoke piece of jewellery. The design fee is deducted from the total price of the jewellery; however, if you decide not to proceed with the piece, the fee is non-refundable.

Once we have agreed on the concept for your jewelry design, we will start drawing it. You can expect to receive the first sketches within 5–7 business days.

We will share precise and realistic visualizations of how the jewelry will look from different angles with you. If you have feedback on the design, we will refine it until the final details are in place.

When you approve the design, you will receive the final price for the piece.

Before we begin creating your jewellery, we will issue an invoice for the full amount. Once the payment has been completed, we will begin creating your unique piece of jewelry.

We will keep you informed throughout the process and consult with you if any choices arise - particularly with natural gemstones like emeralds and sapphires, where multiple stones may come into play.

The creation of your jewellery takes between 4-7 weeks.

When the jewelry is finished we'll make sure to send it your way.

The jewelry comes in our exclusive jewelry box and gift box, tied with a fine matching silk ribbon, ready to be given as a gift - whether you wish to treat yourself or someone special.

Inside the gift box, you'll also find a Sisi Cph certificate of authenticity with all relevant details about the piece, including grading on the 4 C's, as well as a pouch for safe storage of the diamond jewelry while you're on the go.

We offer free fitting on our diamond rings within the first 3 months, so you can confidently purchase an engagement ring even if you're not 100% sure of the size.
