If your desired jewelry is in stock, the delivery time is 2-15 business days. If the item is a special order, the delivery time is 4-7 weeks.
You don’t have to worry when shopping during Diamond Week. Our made-to-order jewelry is crafted within 4-7 weeks and will be delivered to you just in time to surprise someone special.
As usual, you can return or exchange your diamond jewelry, regardless of whether it was purchased at a discount or not.
Please note: it is not possible to return or exchange jewelry that has been made to special specifications or has been given a distinct personal touch. This includes custom orders, bespoke items and jewelry with engravings.
